Brittany Kroeyr and Matt Brown
are chefs whose shared passion for hospitality and great food has led them through some of the best kitchens in North America, and ultimately to Asheville, NC. Their combined experience includes Restaurant Daniel, Eleven Madison Park, Next and Alinea, Gramercy Tavern, and Agern. Their time in those kitchens has given them an understanding of how an unwavering commitment to excellence allows great restaurants to create experiences for their guests that go beyond food and drink. It has been their dream to open a restaurant that is an expression of the invaluable education those restaurants have provided them. The Curragh Chase pop-up series is a major step in that mission.
